Discussion for Mac doesn't support Family Sharing
I personally had a lot of trouble understanding how to download the software for Discussion for Mac on my married woman'southward MacBook Pro which has a different Apple ID than the iMac which I used to buy the Family unit version of this app. It was only later I signed out of the Apple tree Id of my wife's computer and signed into my own purchase Apple ID and downloaded the app that I suddenly understood that anybody with any Apple Id can download the software for Word for Mac by clicking the GET button. You will find that right below In-Aoo Purchase, it says Supports Family Sharing. At present that was my side by side dilemma. It seems to me like the statement reads that the Family Version supports family Sharing considering it says then. But after buying the app, and setting up family sharing, no subscription for Word for Mac was in that location under supported apps and services under Family unit Sharing in Organisation Preferences. No, the statement which starts out says "Supports Family unit Sharing? goes on to say that some third political party softare (including this one) don't suport Family Sharing! How disruptive. Well, once I downloaded the Give-and-take for Mac on my married woman'MacBook Pro, I signed into a Microsoft business relationship within Word for Mac and that is where the license to run the app on my wife's MacBook Pro was granted. Many months agone you lot gave users a chance to try a new version of Outlook 365. I noted a few issues and oen did non get fixed. There is a clitch when I use this on Mac. When I being a sentence, the capital at the beginning of the sentence gets jumped ahead of the curser, with auot correct changing the secon letter of the sentence from lower case to capitol and them fixing the spelling of the commencement word.
This means, every fourth dimension I brainstorm a paragrpah or senetnce, I take to delete the first letter, which is not at the cease of a sentence and go back to the begining of teh sentence and fix the start discussion.
Delight fix this crummy coding.
Also, I am using Zoom, equally are many people these days. It asked me if I desire to merge with Outlook 365. I clicked yes. It generated an outlook app on my tool bar. Ithis is not a Zoom app, it is your outlook app. At present I go a bong ring and pop-up on my screen every time I accept something on my calendar. I have something on my sclendar every 15 to 30 minutes. This is driving me nuts. There is a not setting to get ride of it, control the bell ring or end the pop-up.
